Internet Privacy Policy:

GoData.ca will never sell or disclose any customer information, including your e-mail address. Only appropriate and authorized personnel will view your information in regards to inquiries about your orders or account. Your e-mail address will only be used for contacting you about your order.

Return Policy:

To be considered for exchange or returns, all purchases must be from a GoData.ca location originally. All packaging must be intact, the item must be in new and un-used condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt. There are no returns or exchanges on all batteries (cellular, cordless, 2-way, computer, etc.), special orders, and computer software and clearance items. Deposits on special orders are non-refundable. For your protection, all headset and earpiece purchases are FINAL. Cellular phones may be considered for return provided there is no airtime usage, all packaging is intact and the item is in new and un-used condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Airtime and network and/or dealer cancellation fees may apply. All returns must include all promotional items or a replacement fee will apply. All returns or exchanges must be within 15 days of the original purchase date. GoData.ca reserves the right to charge a restocking fee under certain conditions. GoData.ca does not refund cash.

Terms, Conditions and Non-Termination:

Agreement:
Manufacturer's warranty only to apply, title and ownership of the articles shall remain with GoData.ca until payment is made in full. Interest at the rate of 2% per month ("24% per annum") will be charged on all overdue accounts. Customer's signature acknowledges receipt of merchandise in good condition unless otherwise noted. The signed subscriber (authorized signing officer of my company), understands that in order to receive the special price on cellular telephones, you (your company) must subscribe to cellular service on the package indicated on the cellular service agreement.
